Castleford Rugby Union Football Club (CRUFC) has been at the heart of the local community in Castleford for over a century. We are a family based rugby club with three Senior Rugby sides, Junior Rugby teams for both sexes for Under 7's through to Under 12's, boys’ U15 and U17 team and girls’ U13, U15 and U18 squads. Our ultimate goal is the establishment of a ladies’ squad.

CRUFC welcomes the opportunity to develop partnerships with local businesses, to increase access to our services and to enable the club to continue to provide Rugby coaching, matches and social events for local people.

CRUFC are in a prime location on Willowbridge Lane Whitwood, Castleford on a key road linking Castleford to the M62.500+ people visit our club each week and we regularly attract 2000+ people to special events hosted from our site such as car boot sales, the Castleford White Rose Ladies and the Alofts Juniors’ football tournaments and this season we welcomed the West Yorkshire German Shepherd Dog Club for their Annual Show.
